Return & Refund Policy

At BONPOP Nails, every press-on nail set is handmade to order with care and attention to detail. Because each set is custom-created specifically for you, we have the following return and refund policy.

Returns

Due to the custom and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on press-on nail sets.

Please review your order carefully before purchasing, including:

  • Nail shape
  • Nail length
  • Size selection
  • Design choice
  • Shipping address

If you have any questions before ordering, we're always happy to help.

Sizing Policy

For the most accurate fit, we strongly recommend purchasing a BONPOP Nails Sizing Kit before ordering your first custom set.

If you choose not to purchase a sizing kit, we offer a coin sizing method based on the photos you provide. While this method is generally accurate, it is not guaranteed.

Proper sizing is ONLY guaranteed when a BONPOP Nails Sizing Kit is purchased and used.

BONPOP Nails is not responsible for improper sizing if a sizing kit was not purchased.

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for sizing issues resulting from:

  • Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
  • Incorrect coin sizing photos
  • Ordering the wrong preset size

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Missing items
  • Incorrect due to our mistake

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

If the issue is determined to be our error, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once production has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted because each set is handmade specifically for your order.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • We are unable to fulfill your order.
  • Your order is lost in transit and confirmed by the shipping carrier.
  • We made an error with your order (wrong design, wrong size due to our mistake, missing items, etc.).

Refunds are not available for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect sizing (unless a sizing kit was purchased and used correctly)
  • Shipping delays caused by the postal carrier
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper application or removal
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Shipping Delays

Once your package has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

BONPOP Nails is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • USPS or other carriers
  • Weather
  • Holidays
  • Customs processing (for international orders)

Handmade Products

Every BONPOP Nails set is individually handcrafted. Small variations in artwork, color placement, brush strokes, chrome finishes, charms, or embellishments make each set unique and are not considered defects.
