At BONPOP Nails, every press-on nail set is handmade to order with care and attention to detail. Because each set is individually crafted, please review our processing and shipping information before placing your order.

Processing Time

Production begins after your order is placed.

  • Standard Orders: Please allow 3–5 business days for your nail set to be handcrafted and prepared for shipment.
  • Custom Orders: Please allow 7–10 business days for custom designs, personalized requests, or intricate artwork.

Please note: Processing times are estimates and may vary depending on current order volume, seasonal demand, holidays, or special promotions. During busy periods, additional processing time may be required. We appreciate your patience as we carefully handcraft every set.

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Shipping

Once your order is complete, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping transit times vary based on your location and the carrier.

You will receive a tracking number via email (or through Etsy/Shopify) once your package has been shipped.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ship every order as quickly as possible, BONPOP Nails is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • USPS or other shipping carriers
  • Weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Holidays and peak shipping seasons
  • Customs processing (international orders)
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

BONPOP Nails is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
