Welcome to BONPOP Nails! By purchasing from our shop, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

1. Handmade Products

All BONPOP Nails press-on nail sets are handmade to order. Because each set is individually crafted, slight variations in color, artwork, chrome finishes, charms, glitter placement, or brush strokes may occur. These variations are a normal part of handmade craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

2. Custom Orders

Most BONPOP Nails products are custom-made based on the options selected by the customer, including:

  • Nail size
  • Shape
  • Length
  • Design selections

Please review all customization options carefully before completing your purchase.

3. Sizing Responsibility

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct nail size.

For the most accurate fit, BONPOP Nails strongly recommends purchasing a Sizing Kit before ordering.

If a sizing kit is not purchased, customers may use the Coin Sizing Method by submitting clear measurement photos. While this method is generally accurate, it is not guaranteed.

Proper sizing is only guaranteed when a BONPOP Nails Sizing Kit is purchased and used correctly.

BONPOP Nails is not responsible for incorrect sizing due to customer measurements or inaccurate sizing information provided during checkout.

4. Order Processing

Each order is handmade after purchase.

Processing times are listed on each product page and may vary depending on order volume, holidays, or special promotions.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

5. Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

BONPOP Nails is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • USPS or other shipping carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Holidays
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is accurate before placing an order.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom and hygienic nature of press-on nails, BONPOP Nails does not accept returns or exchanges.

Refunds or replacements are only offered if:

  • The wrong item was sent.
  • The order arrives damaged.
  • Items are missing due to our error.

7. Product Care

BONPOP Nails is not responsible for damage resulting from:

  • Improper application
  • Improper removal
  • Excessive force or impact
  • Exposure to harsh chemicals
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Failure to follow included care instructions

Proper application and care will help maximize wear time and allow the nails to be reused.

8. Colors & Photos

We strive to accurately represent each product through our photography.

However, colors may appear slightly different depending on:

  • Monitor settings
  • Mobile devices
  • Screen brightness
  • Lighting conditions

Minor color differences do not qualify for refunds or replacements.

9. Intellectual Property

All BONPOP Nails branding, logos, photographs, product descriptions, designs, and original artwork are the intellectual property of BONPOP Nails and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

BONPOP Nails shall not be held liable for:

  • Allergic reactions to nail adhesives or application products
  • Improper application or removal
  • Misuse of products
  • Lost or delayed shipments once accepted by the shipping carrier
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products

Customers use all products at their own discretion.

11. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once production has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted because each set is handmade specifically for your order.
